
What do we ACTUALLY DO for YOU?
Once registered with the CPR, we act on your behalf when any nuisance calls get through to the number you registered with us. In the event of any complaint, we act quickly and take action against the company or companies responsible. We request that your details are removed from their sales lists within 28 days.
Should they not comply with this request within 28 days, we pass on the details of the company to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the equivalent body in your jurisdiction.
The small fee we charge for our service, covers you throughout the year and you can be assured that we work continuously on your behalf during this time. Our aim is to stop 100% of nuisance calls.
We will keep you informed of the progress we make with any company concerned. We will reply to you within 28 days with the companys' response and to advise you on any further measures we need to take.
