Thank you for your letter of 25th June, enclosing my receipt.
You may be surprised to receive a letter from me - but I just wanted you/your company to know how you had literally changed my life!!
I am 85 an in poor health, and over the last few weeks and months I had felt increasingly persecuted by unwanted telephone calls - mainly from call centers overseas. I was receiving up to a dozen such calls every day between 9.00am and 9.00pm & latterly it was clear that the callers also had my home address. I contacted the Telephone Preference Service and registered with them, but it made no difference. You say in your letter it may take up to 28 days for your service to be fully effective. I rang you in desperation last Friday morning; I only received two calls the rest of that day, and I think I may have had a couple more since then (in six days). I cannot tell you what a relief it is, and I am already feeling better in myself as I can relax and feel no longer harassed. I just wanted you to know how important your job is to people like me - thank you!!

CPR Global. An inexpensive way of eliminating nuisance calls. We were getting about 3 every evening and now I get one a month, maybe. Having read some of the previous comments, this is a more effective way of stopping the calls than the other suggested methods. I was not amused that my evening meal was constantly being interrupted by callers that I could barely understand. "We have used CPR Global now for many years as the free service offered by BT was not effective at all, and I have been very happy with the reduction in these calls. We still get the odd one from International numbers , but I just don't answer the phone when these come through!!( need caller display but is free with some phone deals) My sister has benefited from this service too as we get to list two numbers with CPR. All I can say is try it and see for yourself�at about � 40 its money well spent. There is no automatic renewal they call when your subscription is about to expire. All in all I am a very happy customer."

"I bought a CPR CallBlocker in about July 2013, after seeing the "Which?" review. Previously, I had received about two cold calls a week and always found them disruptive and annoying. Since I bought this unit (at about �40) I have had exactly one cold call - that's in about eight months, saving me from answering the phone (and from the associated annoyance) about 70 times. I think the unit is great and fully recommend it, based upon my experience. Nobody has asked me to post this - this is a genuine customer comment."

"I am satisfied with cpr callblocker last year the unwanted calls were driving me mad cpr sorted it i get the odd one which i can cope with i had a bit of a bad experience a few weeks ago with cold callers i sent an email to cpr and once again they sorted and once again it is nice and peacefull thanks to crp"

"I have been with CPR for several months after being plagued with nuisance calls. CPR seems to have done the trick and 99o/o of the calls have stopped. CPR are in touch regularly to check on their service. Yes they did ask me to post this comment. I could have refused!"
