I was being plagued by calls from a finance company and after receiving 5 calls in ONE night from them I decided to act. I had already added my number to the Telephone Preference Service but this did NOT make any difference. Having found the Call Prevention website I was sceptical about it working for me! However, I registered, spoke to a friendly customer service representative and was assured that I would experience reduced nuisance calls within 28 days. The result - NOT ONE NUISANCE PHONE CALL SINCE! Call Prevention do exactly that - I also referred several of my friends and work colleagues and they have echoed my experience. Thank you CPR for giving me peace and quiet!
