Bogus Calls - what to do?
Please be aware that when we need to contact you, we will ask you to confirm your Customer Reference number we provided during the sign-up process. If you cannot remember your reference number we will ask you a number of questions to verify your identity.
Any company who calls you and tries to take a payment or other information may be a bogus company. Never give them your address or any other information which may help them to commit fraud on your identity.
If you do receive a call from a company claiming to be us, then please contact us as soon as possible. The Call Prevention Registry treats your privacy very seriously.
Should any company contact you saying that they can prevent your nuisance call, always ask them who they are, get a contact number and a website address if possible. Then contact us and we will investigate the company on your behalf.
We have measures in place which enable our staff to help prevent bogus calls.
